Albert R. Moss, Sr. of Bensalem passed away peacefully Thursday, December 17, 2015 at Southampton Estates. He was 90 years old. Al was born in Bristol and was a resident of Bensalem for the last 62 years. Al was a proud WWII Navy Veteran and would attend local schools to speak about his experiences throughout WWII. He was a member of the Bucks County and Philadelphia Barber Shop Harmony Society S.P.E.B.S.Q.S.A , US Steel Chorus and was a member of the Traditional Small Craft Association (TSCA). He also loved music, sailing and spending time with his family and friends. Al was employed with US Steel for over 30 years and after retirement worked as a Bus Driver for the Bensalem School District for many years and worked at the Bensalem Technical High School as a machine shop substitute teacher. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife Jane Mary (Campbell). Al is survived by his three loving children Albert J. Moss, Walter J. Moss (Bonnie) and Nancy J. Cameron (Steven). He is also survived by his granddaughter Christine Moss. Al was preceded in death by his son Richard J. Moss and his brothers Robert Henry, Jr., John “Jack” and William Lester Moss. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Monday from 6 to 8 PM at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, P.C., 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA 19020, followed by his service at 8PM. Interment will take place Tuesday Morning at the Washington Crossing National Cemetery, 830 Highland Avenue, Newtown, PA 18940 at Precisely at 10:15 AM.
