Allen L. Wing

Allen L. Wing of Bensalem passed away Thursday December 30, 2021 at Oxford Rehabilitation & Healthcare Center. He was 81 years old. Born in Philadelphia to the late John and Ann (Blum) Wing, Allen was a lifelong resident of Bensalem. He worked as an operating engineer with IUOE Local#825 for over 50 years. Allen enjoyed fishing, drag racing at Atco Dragway and was an avid Philadelphia Eagles fan. He was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 39 years, Judith E. (Heft). Allen will be sadly missed by his children: Ronald (Ruby), and Steven Wing, Sherie DiLella (Ken), and Thomas Wynne (Jennifer). He is also survived by his sister, Grace Denham; 10 grandchildren and 7 great grandchildren. Allen was preceded in death by his son, Gerald J. Wing. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation, Friday January 7, 2022 from 1 to 2 PM at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, P.C., 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA 19020, followed by his service at 2 PM. Interment will be private. In lieu of flowers, memorials in his memory can be made to FOP Survivors Fund, 11630 Caroline Rd, Philadelphia, PA 19154
