Alma Subick

Alice “Alma” (Thomson) Subick of Spring City, PA passed away on Wednesday, August 23, 2023, at Phoenixville Hospital. She was 97 years old. Born in Melbourne, Australia, to the late Irene (Price) and George Thomson. Alice met her late husband, Leonard W. Subick, Sr, in Launceston, Tasmania, Australia, while working as a Nurse with the Red Cross, unfolding a love story that took them across oceans and continents. Their journey eventually led them to Bristol, PA, where they built a life together. Alice's passion for life extended beyond her work and family. She found solace in cultivating beautiful gardens, channeling her creativity through cooking delicious meals, and creating memories that will be cherished for generations to come. She will be deeply missed by her loving son Leonard W. Subick, Jr (Catherine). She is also survived by her 3 granddaughters, Stacia Subick, Katrina Subick, and Anna Subick; and her sister, Betty Chapman. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing, Tuesday August 29, 2023, from 10 to 11 AM at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA 19020, followed by her service at 11 AM. Interment Our Lady of Grace Cemetery.
