Cacilia Benoff (Gramm)

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Cacilia Benoff, a loving mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother, who peacefully departed this life on September 8, 2025, at the age of 85. Born on November 22, 1939, in Germany, to the late Heinrich and Karolina (nee Daumhauer) Gramm, Cacilia’s journey led her to Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, where she created a warm and nurturing home for her family.

Cacilia dedicated her life to her family as a homemaker, a role she cherished deeply. She was known for her unwavering love and support, always putting the needs of her family first. Cacilia had a passion for gardening, where she found joy and solace among her blooming plants. She also delighted in raising Koi, tending to her beautiful fish with the same love and attention she gave to her family.

Cacilia is survived by her beloved daughters, Eileen Benoff-Santangelo (John) and Denise Benoff, along with her cherished daughter-in-law, Rita Benoff. She leaves behind her grandchildren, Michael Benoff, Samantha Godshall, and Zachary Benoff, as well as her great-grandchildren: Daniel Benoff, Michael Benoff Jr., Robert Godshall, Scarlett Benoff, and Elena Godshall. Each of them carries a piece of her heart and memory. Cacilia was preceded in death by her husbands, Jerome Leon Benoff and Siegfried Honig, as well as her son, Michael Benoff.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Cacilia’s visitation at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, Pa 19020 on Friday, September 19th from 1:00-2:00 PM followed by her memorial service at 2:00 PM. Interment will be private.

In this time of grief, let us remember Cacilia for her nurturing spirit, her love for her family, and her garden, which flourished as beautifully as her legacy. She will be missed deeply by all who had the privilege of knowing her.
