Carol Ann Schaumberg

It is with a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Carol Ann Schaumberg on May 28, 2024, at the age of 82 in Portland, Oregon.

Born on January 27, 1942, in Rockaway, NJ, she spent her early years in Astoria, NY before moving to Levittown, PA, and eventually raising her family in Langhorne PA. She was a beloved wife, mother, sister, grandmother, and dear friend to many. Carol will be forever remembered for her unwavering love and kindness towards all those who were fortunate enough to have known her.

An avid gardener, Carol found happiness in tending to her garden, and her family fondly recalls the joy she took in traveling with them, exploring new places, and creating lasting memories. Birdwatching in her backyard brought her immense happiness, and her cooking and baking always brought smiles to the faces of her loved ones.

Left to cherish her memory are her sons, Jason and Marc Schaumberg, her sister Elaine Herman, and her grandchildren Hailey, Megan, Dakota, and Chyann. Carol was married to the late P. Leslie Schaumberg for 50 wonderful years, and their deep connection and love were undeniable.

A Memorial Mass will be held at Our Lady of Grace Church, where Carol was a parishioner for over 50 years, 225 Bellevue Ave, Penndel, PA 19047 on July 10, 2024, at 11:00 am.

Interment will take place at Sunset Memorial Park following the mass at Our Lady of Grace.

As we mourn the loss of Carol, we find solace in the memories we shared and the legacy of love and compassion she leaves behind. May she rest in eternal peace, reunited with loved ones who have gone before her.
