Charles P. Kaufmann, III

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Charles P Kaufmann, III, who passed away Friday December 19, 2025, at the age of 78. Born on October 31, 1947, in Hackensack, NJ to the late Carol (Lamendola) and Charles P. Kaufmann, II. Charles lived a life rich in love, laughter, and an unwavering dedication to his family and work.

Charles is survived by his beloved children: Kyle Kaufmann (Erin), Kristofer Kaufmann (Stephanie), and Karli Hennessy (Patrick) and his cherished grandchildren, Alexis, Ella, and Carson Kaufmann, McKinley, and Maci Hennessy. He also leaves behind his siblings Dennis Kaufmann, Bonnie Moale, Denise Nelson, Keith Kaufman, Brenda Baird, Jeanne Guttke, and Cherl Beck, all of whom held a special place in his heart.

Charles was not just a hard worker; he was a self-employed craftsman whose passion for construction was evident in every project he undertook. He also proudly served in the National Guard.

In his life, Charles was known for his warmth and kindness, always ready to lend a helping hand or share a laugh. He had a knack for bringing people together and will be dearly missed by all who knew him.
