Charles D. Macgregor

Charles D. MacGregor, “Chuck” passed away on October 14, 2021, at the age of 65. He was a Drexel University graduate and had a successful career as a mechanical engineer. Chuck was a proud resident of Bensalem, most recently employed as a Bensalem Township Park Ranger during retirement. In his free time, he was a dedicated coach of softball, baseball, and football at Bensalem Ramblers, coaching his children and grandchildren over the years. He will be remembered by all of the lives he touched for his many attributes including his contagious laugh, dedication to his family, and his selfless generosity.

He will be deeply missed by his wife of 42 years, Jean (nee Slingerland), his daughter Heather Walsh (Jamison), his son Chuck MacGregor (Amanda), and his seven grandchildren: Mikie, CJ, Angelina, Brianna, Ayden, Connor, and Jaxson. Chuck is also survived by his stepmother, Mary MacGregor, his sister Diane Caplan, and brother David MacGregor. Chuck is preceded in death by his mother, Erma (Dee) MacGregor, and his father Charles MacGregor.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Chuck’s viewing at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, Pa 19020 on Wednesday, October 20th from 10:00-11:00 AM, followed by his Service at 11:00 AM. Interment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery, 5201 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem, PA 19020 immediately following.
