Charles G. "Chalie " Shultz

August 11, 1957 — May 29, 2025

Charles George Shultz of Bensalem passed away on Thursday, May 29, 2025. He was 67 years old. Born on August 11, 1957, at Burdette Tomlin Memorial Hospital in Cape May, NJ, to the late Dorothy E. (Kaufmann) and Charles E. Shultz, Jr. Chalie, as he was fondly known, spent his happiest days making memories in Wildwood, NJ, surrounded by his loved ones.

A lifelong resident of Bensalem, Chalie graduated from Bensalem High School, Class of 1975. He was a proud member of the brotherhood of Teamster Local Union 463. Chalie was known for his remarkable skills in maneuvering tractor trailers into even the tightest spots. Over the years, he worked for Keebler Cookie Company, dedicating numerous years to his craft, always with a cheerful spirit.

Chalie was a devoted husband to Lynn E. Shultz and a loving father to his four daughters: Danielle Campbell (Chris), Noelle Shultz (Fiancé Brian), Michelle Simon, and Janelle Oxley (James). He adored his ten grandchildren: Briannalyn, Gavin, Aiden, Brayden, Lena, Aaliyah, Ayva, Gabrielle, Brielle, and Brian Jr., who brought immense joy and pride to his life.

A true handyman at heart, Chalie was always ready to jump in and lend a hand, whether it was fixing a car or working on a family member’s home. His love for gardening and sharing his knowledge with everyone—from his children to complete strangers—was truly one of his many endearing qualities. Chalie’s legacy will forever live on through the stories he shared and the lives he touched.
