Clara Labbe

Clara V. Labbe (nee Davis), age 96 passed away quietly on August 9, 2019 at Brighton Gardens Assisted Living of Florham, Park, New Jersey. She was born and raised in Andalusia, PA. After her marriage to Joe, they settled in Philia., to raise their family. She was a homemaker for 60 years and a widow for 37 years. She was strong in her religion and was an active member at the 1st Baptist Church of Andalusia. She had worked there with the Woman’s Organization and had been the oldest and longest attending member of the church. She is preceded in death by her husband Joseph Labbe Sr., daughter, Carol Roblin and brother Leighton Davis. She is survived by her daughters Doris Silance and her husband James of Madison, NJ., Lynne and her husband James of Phila., sons, Joseph Labbe Jr. and wife Diane of Maple Shade, NJ and Richard Labbe and wife Denise of Phila., and sister-in-law Florence Davis of Gettysburg, PA. Also survived by 10 grandchildren and 9 great grandchildren. She has now moved to the home of the Lord. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her funeral Friday 10:00 am at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA 19020 followed by her service at 11:00 am. Interment will be at William Penn Cemetery.
