Connie S. Ketel

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Connie S. (Moore) Ketel, who left us on Sunday, February 1, 2026, at the age of 75. Born on August 27, 1950, in Bluefield, West Virginia, to the late Marion (Bailey) and Carl Moore. 

Connie spent a vibrant life filled with love, laughter, and the warmth of the family. Connie was known for her incredible knack for crocheting and her famous meatballs and lasagna were always a hit when you stopped by for a visit. A true Philadelphia Phillies fan, she filled her home with the spirit of the game and the joy of each season. Most importantly, she cherished her time hanging out with her family and listening to music.

Connie was preceded in death by her husband Frederick J. Ketel. She will be deeply missed by her children: Sherri Bunting (Frank), Michael Bunting (Michelle), Jamie Perez (Michael) , and Mark Bunting (Jenae). She was a proud grandmother to 11 grandchildren: James, Dawn, Nicholas, Kayla, Krysta, Shannon, Alyssa, Randon, Alexander, Isabela, and Mary, as well as 10 great-grandchildren: Kevin, Ariel, Richie, Ethan, Asher, Oakley, Olivia, Cedar, Magnolia and Everly who brought her endless joy, and her partner of 15 years John McCabe. Connie was also preceded in death by her siblings, David and Jacqueline Moore.
