Darlene J. O'Donnell

Darlene J. (Adams) O’Donnell of Bensalem passed away Thursday, July 21, 2022 at Chandler Hall Hospice. She was 87 years old. Born in Philadelphia to the late Harold D. and Helen (Taphorn) Adams. Darlene was a resident of Bensalem for the last 64 years. She worked as a secretary for O’Boyles Ice Cream for many years and later as a homemaker. Darlene will be deeply missed by her beloved husband of 64 years, Thomas J. O’Donnell. She will also be sadly missed by her loving children: Janet Zimich (Philip), Joan Pirog (Peter) and Pamela Moore; Her sister: Carol Warner; Sister-in-laws: Petey Adams, Grace Kerr and Helen Keys; 8 grandchildren: Philip (Brittany), Benjamin, Patrick, Shannon (Shraven), Peter, Callie, Miranda (Michael) and William; and 1 great granddaughter: Vivienne. Darlene was preceded in death by her siblings: Harley Adams and Elsie Coats. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing, Tuesday, July 26, 2022 from 10 to 11 AM at St. Ephrem Church, 5400 Hulmeville Rd., Bensalem, PA 19020, followed by her Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM.
