Dolores A. Bader

Dolores A. (DeSpirito) Bader passed away Thursday, February 22, 2024, at Harmony Village CareOne of Cherry Hill, NJ. She was 93 years old.

Dolores was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 68 years, Edward J. Bader, Sr. She will be deeply missed by her children, Edward J. Bader, Jr (Linda), David L. Bader (Kathy), Carol A. McErlean (Chip), Kenneth J. Bader and Mark S. Bader (Melissa Leatherman) and many loving grandchildren, great grandchildren, and great-great grandchildren.

Dolores was born in Philadelphia to the late Dorothy (Moffett) and Paul DeSpirito. She was a resident of Cherry Hill, NJ for the last 3 years and a former resident of Bensalem, PA. Dolores was a dedicated wife, mother and homemaker, who brought joy and love to her family every day.

Dolores found immense pleasure in singing with the Sweet Adelines and supporting her children in their many adventures. She was actively involved for many years with her church, Saint Ephrem’s of Bensalem, offering her sewing and embroidery skills to help create the beautiful baptismal gowns used by the church. She also enjoyed exploring the world with her beloved husband, and always treasured the time she spent with family.

The viewing will be immediately followed by her interment at Resurrection Cemetery, 5201 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem PA 19020.
