Dolores Jean Hansen

Dolores J Tilley (Hansen), of Bensalem passed away January ----2023 at Oxford Nursing Home in Langhorne, PA at the age of 90. She was a lifelong resident of Bensalem. Dolores was a graduate of Bensalem High School, Class of 1951. She excelled in field hockey, softball and cheerleading during her years at Bensalem. Later she was inducted into the Bensalem Hall of Fame. Golf with family and good friends at Bensalem Country Club was one of her favorites and she was integral with assisting in organizing the Annual Bensalem Alumni Golf Outing in the early years of the outing. Dolores truly loved nature and the outdoors. She raised quail, litters of Labrador Retrievers and even two sons. She was the ultimate mom…..strict, fun, caring and endlessly supportive with limitless love. She cherished spending long hours maintaining the beautiful yard and gardens surrounding her home into her 80’s. Preceded in death by her siblings, Walter Tilley, Genevieve Koby. She will be deeply missed by her sons, Albert F. Geiges Jr. (Burt), Steven W. Geiges (Steve), grandchild, Steven Geiges along with the many dear friends she met on her path through a full and giving life.

She chose to keep her funeral service and interment private.
