Donald Lane

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Donald Lane, who departed this life peacefully on April 11, 2026, at the age of 89. Born on September 17, 1936, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to David and Alice (Nee McDougall) Lane. He lived a life defined by love, dedication to hard work, and a deep appreciation for the simple joys of the outdoors.

A longtime resident of Croydon, PA, Donald was a devoted mechanic for Upper Southampton Township. He was known for his untiring work ethic, reliability, and pride in his dedication to the highest standards. He had a sweet tooth like no other, always having a secret stash of goodies hidden away. As a staunch advocate for the Constitution, he embraced his beliefs with passion and commitment. His love for nature and the great outdoors often found him in the woods where he cherished the beauty of the world around him.

Above all, Donald was a loving husband, father, grandfather, and great grandfather. He is survived by his wife of 70 years, June Lane (Miller), and their daughters, Beth Ribarchik and Donna Lane (David). His legacy also continues through his cherished grandchildren, Todd, Brad (Mary), Kerri Gregory (Cody), and Kyle, and his great grandchildren, Keigan, Zane, Riley, Lucas, and Logan. His family was the cornerstone of his life, and his warm spirit and unwavering support will be deeply missed.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Donald’s viewing at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA 19020 on Tuesday, April 21st from 10:00-10:45 AM followed by his funeral service at 11:00 AM. Interment will take place at Sunset Memorial Park.

As we mourn his passing, we also celebrate a life well lived. A life marked by dedication, strength, and love. Donald will be remembered for his steadfast spirit, his passion for the outdoors, and, most of all, his deep devotion to his family. May he rest in eternal peace, embraced by the beauty that he so cherished in life.
