Dorothy Driscoll

Dorothy M. Driscoll (nee McCormick), age 85 of Phila., passed away Tuesday May 5, 2015 at Aria Health Torresdale surrounded by her loving family. Born in Phila., and a lifelong resident. Dot was a homemaker and enjoyed baking cookies for the Christmas Season gifts for her family and friends. Easter candy was also a specialty of hers. She was also a devoted member of Our Lady of Calvary Church. Beloved wife of the late Fred Driscoll. She will be sadly missed by her children; Frederick Jr., Gregory, Jacqueline Kamarauskas (Edward), and Richard Driscoll (Peggy). Sister of Alice Cullen, Grace Del Bono and Mary McCormick. Also survived by 4 grandchildren; Megan, Frederick III, Richard and Ryan and many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her 3 brothers. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her memorial Mass Tuesday 11:00 am at Our Lady of Calvary Church 11024 Knights Road, Phila., PA 19154 where friends may call from 10:00 am until the time of Mass. Rite of committal will be at Resurrection Cemetery, Bensalem. In lieu of flowers memorial contributions may be made in her memory to Our Lady of Calvary Church at the above address.
