Dorothy Ann Krakowiecki (Lawson)

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Dorothy Ann Krakowiecki, who left us peacefully on May 22, 2025, at the age of 88. Born on March 9, 1937, to the late Frank and Dorothy (nee Plunkett), Dorothy was a vibrant soul whose love for life was evident in everything she did.

Dorothy was known for her infectious laughter, her love of singing and dancing, and her warm spirit that brought joy to everyone she encountered. A dedicated realtor with Diane Turton in the real estate industry for many years, she approached her work with passion and integrity. Dorothy cherished her time spent with family, creating lasting memories during vacations in Townsend's Inlet, NJ, Known for her fondness of Manhattans, she often shared delightful evenings with her friends, cementing bonds that would span a lifetime.

She is survived by her loving sister, Catherine McKenna (the late Robert), her brother, Frank Lawson (Diane), her 9 nieces and nephews, her 23 great nieces and nephews, her 11 great-great nieces and nephews and other extended family and friends. Dorothy's kind heart and generous spirit touched the lives of many, and she will be dearly missed by all who had the privilege of knowing her. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Richard Krakowiecki, and her sister, Margaret Smith (the late Robert).

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Dorothy’s visitation at St. Ephrem Church, 5400 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem, Pa 19020 on Saturday, May 31st from 10:00-11:00 AM followed by her mass at 11:00 AM. Interment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery.

In remembering Dorothy, we celebrate a life well-lived and a spirit that will forever shine in the hearts of those she loved. May she rest in peace.
