Dorothy K. Temme

It is with great sadness that we announce the passing of Dorothy K. Temme, who left us peacefully on May 5, 2025, at the age of 83. Born on May 25, 1941, in Philadelphia, PA, to the late Alphons and Eva (nee Ihm), Dorothy was a cherished resident of Philadelphia, PA, where she lived a full life.

A dedicated professional, Dorothy spent her career as an Executive Secretary for the City of Philadelphia, where her hard work and commitment to public service were greatly valued. Her warm spirit and kind nature left a lasting impression on all who had the fortune of working alongside her.

Dorothy’s passions extended beyond her career; she had a deep love for animals, particularly her beloved cats, and found joy in the simple pleasures of life, including shopping. These interests brought her happiness and connected her to friends and family in meaningful ways.

She is survived by her cherished cousins: Paul Graziani (Terri), Marie Petrogiannis (Michael), Nancy McTaggart, Teresa Intintolo, Linda Nese, and John Pinnel. Each of them will hold Dorothy’s memory dear in their hearts.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Dorothy’s viewing at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, Pa 19020 on Thursday, May 8th from 10:00-10:30 AM, followed by her service at 10:30 AM. Interment will take place at Lawnview Cemetery.

Dorothy K. Temme will be remembered for her kindness, her spirited love for life, and her unwavering support for those around her. She will be greatly missed but forever cherished in the hearts of her loved ones.
