Edward Dekoyer

Edward DeKoyer Jr., born on August 6, 1937, in Abington, PA, peacefully passed away on April 7, 2024 at the age of 86.

Edward, a proud carpenter in the construction industry, dedicated his life to his profession, working at Joseph R. Farrell Construction for 43 years. His craftsmanship and hard work left a lasting impact, showcasing his skills and dedication to his trade.

A devoted member of the Pine Hollow Sportsmen Association, Edward found solace in nature, enjoying the great outdoors and forming cherished memories with fellow members.

He is survived by his loving spouse, Ruth DeKoyer, his children Norene Pratt (Matthew), Gayanne Wolset (Joseph), Jeffrey DeKoyer (Kelly), Sandy Henriques (Rex), his step children, Ruth Gomes (Joseph), and Joseph Suski. as well as his 13 grandchildren, 11 great grandchildren, Edward was preceded in death by his wife, Judy DeKoyer and his siblings, Matilda Fahey and Gertrude Orban.

A man of integrity and kindness, Edward's presence will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing him. His legacy of hard work, dedication, and love for his family will forever endure.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his Visitation at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA 19020 on Thursday, April 11th from 6:00-8:00 PM. A second Visitation will be held at Tomlinson Funeral Home on Friday April 12th from 10:00-11:00 Am followed by his Service at 11:00 AM. Interment will take place at Forest Hills Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests that donations be made in Edwards name to the Bensalem Ramblers, 2010 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem, Pa 19020.
