Edward J. Quinn

Edward J. Quinn passed away Wednesday, August 9, 2023, at his residence, surrounded by his loving family. He was 70 years old. Born in Philadelphia to the late Julia (Labriola) and Edward G. Quinn and was a lifelong resident of Philadelphia. Ed was a graduate of North Catholic High School, Class of 1970. He worked as a car salesman for Discount Auto Sales for 32 years and later as a recovery specialist with STR (Steps to Recovery) for the last 10 years and took great pride in helping others with sobriety. Ed enjoyed his daily slow drives to Wawa for his coffee and Marlboro Reds. He was also an avid Philadelphia Sports fan and loved spending time with his grandchildren. Ed will be deeply missed by his 3 loving children, Jennifer Williams (Brian), Alishia O’Hare (Brian) and Edward J. Quinn (KC). He is also survived by his 5 grandchildren: Bree, Brody, Mckenzie, Cooper, and Emily; and his siblings: James Quinn (Barbara), Maureen Quinn, Michael Quinn, and Kathleen Sullivan (Larry) and many other loving family members and friends. Ed was also preceded in death by his son, James R. Quinn. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing, Sunday, August 13, 2023, from 5 to 7 PM at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA 19020, and again Monday, August 14, 2023, from 10 to 11 AM at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 1731 Hulmeville Rd., Bensalem, PA 19020, followed by his Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM.
