Eleanor Marie Adamski

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Eleanor Marie Adamski, beloved mother, grandmother, and cherished friend, who left us peacefully on August 22, 2026, at the age of 78. Eleanor was born on June 17, 1948, in Philadelphia, PA, to the late John and Laura (nee Alabrodzinski) Misiewicz, and spent her life nurturing her family and pursuing her passions. 

Eleanor dedicated many years working as a medical receptionist, touching the lives of countless patients with her kindness and warm smile. Her commitment to healthcare exemplified her caring nature and dedication to serving others. A faithful parishioner of St. Ephrem Church for over 50 years and an active member of St. Ephrem's Seniors, Eleanor found great joy, faith, and companionship within her church community. Her enthusiasm for life extended to her many hobbies; she loved traveling, creating detailed scrapbooks of her travel adventures, tending to her garden, and creating beautiful crocheted pieces, which she frequently shared with family and friends. 

Eleanor is survived by her loving daughters, Sharon Adamski and Angela Geary, and her adored grandchildren, Christopher and Nicholas Geary. Her family was her greatest treasure, and she poured her heart into every moment shared with them. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Richard, in 2021. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Eleanor’s visitation on Tuesday September 22, 2026, from 11:00 AM to 12:00 PM at St. Ephrem Church, 5400 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem, PA 19020 followed by her Funeral Mass at 12:00 PM. Interment will take place at Washington Crossing National Cemetery at 2:00 PM.

Eleanor Adamski leaves behind a legacy of love, compassion, and appreciation for the simple joys of life. She will be dearly missed and forever remembered in the hearts of all who knew her.
