Elisabeth M. Westermann

Elisabeth M. Westermann (nee Bindgen), 102, resident of Bensalem, PA. passed away on Saturday, November 30, 2024. Elisabeth was born in Neibsheim, Germany to Klara (nee Martin) and Moritz Bindgen on March 11, 1922. She is predeceased by her husband Otto Westermann to whom she had been married for 30 years; her stepdaughter Marie Westermann Calhoun (John); along with her sisters Klara and Johanna. Elisabeth is survived by her grandchildren, John Calhoun (Glynis), Michael Calhoun (Karen), Mary Calhoun (Lou); Great Grandchildren, Jennifer Calhoun Hickey (Kevin), Christopher Calhoun (Juline), Stephanie Calhoun Manigrassi (Nicolas), Duston Calhoun (Annie) and eleven Great-Great Grandchildren. She is also survived by her brother, Josef Bindgen and many nieces and nephews.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Elisabeth’s visitation at St. Ephrem’s Catholic Church, 5400 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem, PA 19020 on Friday, December 13, 2024, from 9:30-10:30am.
