Frances A. Wolf

With heavy hearts, we announce the passing of Frances A. (Baxter) Wolf, who left us on Sunday October 19, 2025, at the age of 81. Born on September 22, 1944, in Trevose, PA, to the late Frances E (Bloom) and Thomas W. Baxter. Frances spent her later years in Nokomis, FL, and was formerly of Palatine, IL, Warminster, PA and Philadelphia, PA. 

Frances was a dedicated bookkeeper, lending her talents to various companies, including a meaningful chapter at Sears, where she met the love of her life, her late husband, Charles. Throughout her life, she inspired those around her with her incredible spirit, nurturing kindness, and deep love for her family. 

Frances was an avid reader and cherished the simple pleasures in life, like playing family card games and sharing stories. Her home was a gathering place where laughter resonated and memories were woven into the fabric of family life.

Frances was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 45 years, Charles J. Wolf, Jr. She leaves behind her beloved children, Teresa Scholer (Kurt), Audrey Jimenez, and Charles J. Wolf, III (Erin), who will carry on her legacy of love and warmth. Frances is also survived by her cherished grandchildren—Christina (Fiancé Drew), Andrew (Alyshia), Ashley (Tyler), Madeline, and Jacob—and her precious great-grandchildren, Andrea, Alice, Abigail, Amelia, and Oaklee. Frances was also preceded in death by her brother, Thomas W. Baxter.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Thursday October 30, 2025 from 10 to 11 AM at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA 19020, followed by her service at 11 AM. Frances touched the lives of many and will be dearly missed. In her memory, let us all continue to share stories, play games, and cherish moments with our loved ones, just as she taught us.
