With heavy hearts, we mourn the passing of Frank Stramitis Jr., a beloved husband, father, grandfather, brother, uncle, nephew, cousin and friend. Frank was born on January 27, 1957, to the late Frank and Margaret Stramitis, in Philadelphia, PA, and peacefully departed this world on June 26, 2024, at his home in Bensalem, PA.
A retired skilled carpenter employed by the School District of Philadelphia for 30 years, Frank was known for his artistry, particularly in coloring and furniture restoration. He found solace in history and nature, a passion that he complemented with joyous rides on his cherished Harley Davidson motorcycle. He treasured his time spent in North Wildwood, creating cherished memories with his family and his dear Lodge friends.
Frank is survived by his loving wife Cynthia (Cindy), children Robert Sherlock (Heather), Tina Stramitis, Brian Sherlock (Taina), and Casey Stramitis, adored grandchildren, Elaina Stramitis, Lilyana Sherlock, Brian Sherlock Jr., and Robbie Sherlock, brothers-in-law, Dennis Birch (Allyson), and George Birch (Beverly), and his best friend, “pal”, and brother, Bill Ledward (Michelle).
At Frank’s request, a celebration of his life will be held on Sunday July 14, 2024 from 1-3 at his home. May his memory live on in the hearts of those who knew and loved him.
