George Stark, of Bensalem, passed away on February 7th. He was 89 years old. George was a proud veteran of the United States Navy. After serving, George worked as a Driver for Hillcrest Dairy for 36 years before retiring in 1995. In his free time, he enjoyed watching baseball, football, especially the Eagles, and horse racing. He also enjoyed a good cigar while watching those events. George is survived by his loving wife, Evelyn (nee McClintic), his children: David Stark (Karen), Bonnie Giehl, Thomas Stark (Maureen), and Sandi Kaiser (David), his grandchildren: Gina, Nicole, Lawrence, Sandi, Brandan, Blair, Cody, Michael, Heather, Christina, Amanda, Megan, and Timothy, and his 16 great grandchildren. He was preceded in death by his siblings: Grace, Margaret. Thomas, and Lillian. Relatives and friends are invited to attend George’s Viewing at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, Pa 19020 on Wednesday, February 16th from 10:30-11:30 AM followed by his Service at 11:30 AM. Interment will take place at Washington Crossing National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, donations in his memory made to the Children's Hospital of Philadelphia Foundation, P.O. Box 781352, Philadelphia, PA 19178-1352 or give2.chop.edu, are preferred by his family.
