Helen E. Kurz

Helen Eleanor (Rubel) Kurz of Bensalem passed away Monday, September 6, 2021 at her residence. She was 92 years old. Born in Shenandoah, PA, Helen was a resident of Bensalem for the last 31 years. She enjoyed gardening, crossword puzzles, watching reality tv and games shows and spending time with her family, especially with her grandchildren. Helen was a homemaker. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 62 years, Frederick N. Kurz, Sr. Helen will be sadly missed by her two loving children: Frederick N. Kurz, Jr. (Kim) and Loretta A. Aicher (Greg); Her sister: Maryann Sowinski; 3 grandchildren: Gregg (Heather), Nicholas and Kirsten and 2 great grandchildren: Ethan and Austin. Helen was also preceded in death by her brother, Jack Rubel. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing, Friday from 10 to 11 AM at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, 601 Bristol Pike, Croydon, PA 19021, followed by her Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Rite of Committal Our Lady of Grace Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, memorials in her memory can be made to the St. Jude’s Children Research Hospital, 501 St. Jude Place, Memphis, TN 38105.
