Relatives and friends are invited to attend the graveside service for Jacqueline D and Mark J. Fitzpatrick, who passed away in 2014. The service and interment will take place at Our Lady of Grace Cemetery, 1215 Super Hwy, Langhorne, PA 19047 on Saturday, May 16, 2015 at preciously 11:30 AM. Please use the main entrance right off the highway. The gravesite is located near the small house at the entrance.
