James M Moore

James M. Moore, passed away peacefully on Sunday December 28, 2025, at the age of 85. Born on September 7, 1940, in Philadelphia, PA, to the late Teresa (McDowell) and Luke Moore and was a resident of Villas, NJ for the past 6 years and was formerly of Philadelphia.

James was a dedicated mechanic for over 30 years with Brink's Armored Car Services. A devoted fan of Philadelphia sports, especially the Eagles and Phillies, James found joy in cheering for his teams, sharing stories of their triumphs and defeats with his loved ones. His passion for life and dedication to family defined who he was, and he will be deeply missed.

James was preceded in death by his beloved wife of 42 years, Margaret M (Potts). James will be deeply missed by his daughters, Margaret Moore and Colleen Medica (Joe), and his beloved granddaughters, Isabella Rose and Olivia Jewel Medica. He was also the last survivor of his large family, being the tenth of eleven children, with only his sister, Kathleen Florkowski, left to remember the joys of their shared childhood.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation Saturday January 3, 2026 from 10 to 11 AM at St. Ephrem Church, 5400 Hulmeville Rd., Bensalem, PA 19020, followed by his Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM. Rite of Committal Resurrection Cemetery. www.tomlinsonfh.com
