February 23, 1940 — September 2, 2021

A. Jeannette (Leahan) Takita of Trevose passed away Thursday, September 2, 2021 at St. Mary’s Medical Center, surrounded by her loving family. She was 81 years old. Born in Jamaica Plain (Boston), Mass. Jeannette was a resident of Trevose for the last 20 years. She was a graduate of Girls Latin, Boston, MA and Massachusetts General Hospital School of Nursing, Class of 1960 as a Registered Nurse. She proudly served in the US Army as a nurse for three years. She enjoyed listening to music and was an avid Red Sox fan speaking often of time spent in the grandstands at Fenway Park. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing, Tuesday from 9:30 to 11 AM at Assumption BVM Church, 1900 Meadowbrook Rd, Feasterville-Trevose, PA 19053, followed by her Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM.
