Joan A. Stepnowski

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Joan (nee Dollard) Stepnowski, of Levittown, Pennsylvania, who passed away on Tuesday, June 30, 2026, at the age of 85. Born on February 17, 1941, in Philadelphia to the late James and Jane (nee McLaughlin) Dollard.

Joan went to high school at Dobbins Vocational School. She was an office manager for Roosevelt Paper Company for 50 years. She enjoyed the Phillies, going to the movies and the theater, telling puns, reading, travelling, performing in shows with the Northeast Catholic Parent Association, gambling, and gardening. Joan enjoyed Swiacki’s Kielbasa, Stocks Pound Cake, and fresh rolls from The Italian Peoples Bakery. She enjoyed visiting with family and friends and going out to eat. Joan had an incredible zest for life.

Joan is survived by her sister, Elizabeth, and her children, Stephen (Corinne) and Diane Weir (Bob, deceased). She will be sadly missed by her grandchildren, Sam, Michael, Megan, Timothy, and Jonathan and many nieces, nephews, and cousins. Joan is preceded in death by her mother, Jane, and brothers, George, James, Paul, and sisters, Jean, Katherine, and Agnes.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Joan’s Visitation at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, Pa 19020, on Friday, July 10th from 10:00-11:00 AM, followed by her memorial service at 11:00 AM. Interment is private.
