It is with deep sorrow that we announce the passing of John Ellis Hubbard III, who departed this life on January 24, 2026, at the age of 53. Born in the Bronx, New York, on July 17, 1972, John was a beloved son, father, grandfather, brother, nephew, cousin, and friend whose warmth and laughter will be profoundly missed.
John was a dedicated truck driver, a profession that allowed him to traverse the vast landscapes of America. He took great pride in his work and often shared stories of the journeys he embarked on. His adventurous spirit was mirrored in his love for fishing and spending time on the water with his sons, which is now why they love it just as much. Moments spent by the water were cherished, bringing him peace and joy.
John leaves behind a loving family who will carry his memory in their hearts. He is survived by his devoted mother, Jeannette Rentas; his father, John Ellis Hubbard Jr.; his sons, John E. Hubbard IV, Rylan C. Hubbard, and Noah H. Hubbard; and his cherished granddaughter, Leilani Hubbard. He is also survived by his loving sisters, Tracey Hubbard (Michael Vallenzano), Taina Hartman (William), and Maria Garland (Stephen), who will always remember his kindness and laughter.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend John’s viewing at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 1731 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem, Pa 19020 on Tuesday, February 3rd from 9:30-10:30 AM followed by his Mass at 10:30 AM. Interment will take place at Rosedale Memorial Park.
As we come together to honor John, let us remember his generous spirit and the love he so freely gave. May his memory be a source of comfort and inspiration to all who knew him.
In lieu of flowers donations be sent in John's memory to:
