John J. Ziegelhofer of Levittown passed away suddenly Thursday, August 27, 2015. He was 51 years old. John was born in Philadelphia and was a resident of Levittown for the last 22 years and was formerly of Bensalem. He was a graduate of Bensalem High School Class of 1981. John was an avid Phillies, Flyers and Cowboys fan. He also loved spending time outdoors whether that was fishing, landscaping or going to the beach. John loved his sports cars but his greatest joy and love in life was of course his family; he loved to spend time with his granddaughter Leah. John worked as a warehouse employee for UPS for 30 years. John is survived by his beloved wife of 22 years Danette K. (nee Hunsinger). He is also survived by his loving son Robert P. Kinney (Sara); granddaughter Leah and one boy on the way named Shane; Mother Barbara N. and son of the late John J. Ziegelhofer; Uncle Ed Groh (Dolores); Cousins Ed Groh (Kathleen) and Brian Groh; and several nieces and nephews. He was best known by his loving neighbors as the mayor of Begonia Lane. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing Tuesday morning from 9 to 10 AM at St. Charles Borromeo Church, Hulmeville Rd., Bensalem, Pa 19020, followed by his Mass of Christian Burial at 10 AM. Rite of committal Resurrection Cemetery.
