Joseph L. Blickley, Sr, age 75, passed away Thursday, June 9, 2022. Born in Phila., to the late Leo and Mary (Wilson) Blickley. Joe was a Philadelphia Police Office for 37 years. Devoted husband of Carol S. (Davies). Loving father of Joseph L., Jr. (Linda) and Christopher Blickley (Michele) and Grandfather of Eric, Matthew, Katie, Scott and Kevin. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing, Thursday from 8:45 to 9:45 AM at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, P.C., 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA 19020, followed by his service at 9:45 AM.
