Joseph M. Brodbeck

March 21, 1948 — June 19, 2024

Joseph Michael Brodbeck, 76, of Sun City, AZ, passed away on June 19, 2024. Joe was born on March 21, 1948 to Joseph and Bertha Brodbeck in Philadelphia. After Joe graduated from Frankford High School in 1966, he went on to serve in the US Navy.


After finishing his enlistment, he started his first job at Richard Brothers as a machinist, kickstarting a 40 year career in the Manufacturing Industry, including working for Hope Industries and M&S Centerless Grinding.


In 1968, Joe met Betty in Chicago. Joe and Betty went on to have 3 children, Keith, Josh, and Steve.


In 2010, Joe retired and spent his time golfing 3 times a week, hanging out with friends and family, spoiling his grandsons and, of course, his dog Mindy.


Joe was predeceased by his parents Joe and Bert, his sister Donna and his son Keith.


He is survived by his wife, Betty, sons Josh and Steve, daughters in law Jill and Colleen, grandsons Gideon and Preston, sisters Janice (Szwec) and Debbie (Brady), numerous nieces, nephews, grandnieces, grandnephews, and many good friends and golf buddies.


Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation Monday September 16, 2024, from 10 to 12 PM at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA 19020, followed by his service at 12 PM. Interment Washington Crossing National Cemetery. In lieu of flowers, the family requests donations be made in Joe's honor to the charity of your choice. www.tomlinsonfh.com
