Joseph Capaldi Sr.

Joseph Capaldi, Sr of Levittown passed away on Sunday, May 25, 2025, at the age of 67. Joe was born in Philadelphia, PA to the late Harriet E. (Taylor) and Anthony N. Capaldi. Joe was a graduate of Bishop Egan High School, Class of 1976.

Joe dedicated over 20 years of his life to Eddington Industries LLC as a Sales Manager, where his expertise as a Vibration Specialist was well recognized. His natural ability to connect with people and his infectious sense of humor made him not just a wonderful colleague but a cherished friend and his wisdom will be missed by all.

Outside of work, Joe embraced the great outdoors with open arms. He was an avid hunter, fisherman & crabber. Family camping trips at Promised Land State Park & family time spent at his brother's cabin upstate were some of his happiest times, filled with laughter and the aroma of his famous grilling. Whether it was a family gathering or a quiet evening in the backyard, Joe's passion for cooking always brought everyone together. Joe was a member of the Knights of Columbus and was a former member of the Penn Warner Club.

He was a devoted family man, cherished by his wife of 43 years, Maria C. (Koszarek) Capaldi. He is also survived by his children: Jennifer M. Capaldi and Joseph Capaldi, Jr (Rebecca). Loving Pop-Pop of Caleb, Zoey, Abigail and Aiden and great Pop-Pop of Allison and devoted brother of Christina M. Capaldi-Wilson (Rudy), Anthony N. Capaldi, Jr, Vincent V. Capaldi (Maureen), Mary G. Capaldi-Mangee (Bill Card), Anna M. Capaldi-Edwards and Thomas Capaldi (Aimee) and many other loving extended family members and friends. Joe was also preceded in death by his sister, Dianne M. Capaldi-Hennink.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend his visitation Saturday, June 7, 2025, from 10 to 11 AM at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA 19020, followed by his service at 11 AM. Interment Beechwood Cemetery.
