Joseph Thomas Egan, Jr.

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Joseph Thomas Egan Jr., who left this world on June 15, 2026. Born on November 8, 1944, in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania, to the late Joseph and Doris (nee Packard) Egan, Joe touched the lives of many with his humor, work ethic, patriotism, and dedication to his family.

Joe was a proud member of the Local 692 Sprinkler Fitters, where he spent over 50 years contributing his skill and hard work. His commitment to his craft was surpassed only by his love for his family, particularly his loving daughter, Courtney Werner (Jake), and his cherished grandchildren: Connor, Vera, Colton, and Willow, and his beloved companion, Rosemary Wileczek.

Beyond his professional life, Joe enjoyed the simple pleasures in life. He found joy in hunting and fishing, and was a dedicated fan of the Philadelphia Phillies and the Eagles. His passion for these activities brought him closer to friends and family, creating bonds that will be cherished forever.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Joseph’s viewing at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, Pa 19020 on Monday, June 22nd from 10:00-11:00 AM followed by his service at 11:00 AM. Interment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery.

As we say goodbye to a beloved father, grandfather, and friend, we remember Joe for his gentle spirit, unwavering dedication, and the joyful moments he created with everyone he met. May he rest in peace, leaving behind a legacy of love and camaraderie that will endure in our hearts forever.
