Joseph Tranausky, Sr

It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Joseph Tranausky, Sr., who left us peacefully on Friday April 24, 2026, at the age of 71. Born on October 21, 1954, in Philadelphia, PA to the late Edna (Acker) and Edward Tranausky and was a resident of Bensalem for over 30 years.

For over 25 years, Joe dedicated himself to his role as a Warehouse Manager at Bound Beverages, where his hard work and commitment shone brightly. A lifelong Philadelphia sports fan, he carried the spirit of his city with pride, passionately cheering for his teams. Joe also had a love for classic rock music, enjoyed playing horseshoes with friends, and never missed a chance to watch a NASCAR race. Above all, Joe cherished the moments spent with his family.

Joe was preceded in death by his loving wife, Karen (Bound) Tranausky. He was a devoted father to his sons, Joseph Tranausky, Jr and Chas Tranausky, and a loving brother to Edward Tranausky (Lynn) and Judith Bear (Dan). As a grandfather, he found immense joy in the company of his granddaughters, Emma and Kelby Tranausky, and his playful spirit will surely be missed by them.
