Julia O. Lawler

Julia “Julie” O. Lawler of Newportville passed away Wednesday, January 5, 2022. She was 88 years old. Born in Bristol to the late Charles and Ethel (Jeffries) Goodbred, Julie was a lifelong resident of Newportville. She worked as hairdresser for over 30 years. Julie was a proud homemaker, always taking care of her family and making sure her house was always kept immaculate. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 56 years, John “Jack” J. Lawler, Jr. Julie will be sadly missed by her loving children: Barbara Stuber, John J. Lawler, III, Jeffrey D. Lawler (Sherry), Charise Gendek (Michael) and Jacqueline Lawler. She is also survived by her siblings: Doris Mulhern, Sarah Gilbert, Benjamin Goodbred (Jean), Lois Greenberg (Elliot), Charlene Domanski (Bill) and Janice Fratantaro; her 11 grandchildren: Stefany, Rebeka, Kyle, John-John, Shawnie, Jake, Ava, Draven, Cain, Charlie Rey and Elvis and 6 great grandchildren: Mia, Bella, Olivia, Ella, Piper and Garrett. Julie was also preceded in death by her siblings, Charles, Richard, John and Russel Goodbred. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing, Monday from 10 to 11 AM at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, P.C., 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA 19020, followed by her service at 11 AM.
