Linda Ann Morris

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Linda Ann Morris, a beloved mother, grandmother, sister, aunt, and friend, who left us peacefully on June 3, 2026, at the age of 73. Born on March 15, 1953, in Lagrange, Georgia. After graduating from Piscataway High School, Linda made her home in New Jersey where she created a loving environment for her family and friends. 

Linda's dedication to her work as a housekeeper at Rutgers University exemplified her strong work ethic and commitment to excellence. She took great pride in her role, ensuring that those around her could enjoy well-maintained spaces. Linda's love for R&B music accompanied her through life, often filling her home with the rhythm and soul that mirrored her vibrant spirit. 

Linda's heart, however, belonged to her family. She is survived by her cherished children, Leonard Morris (Monica), Shawnlynn Morris, Latrisha Morris, and Brian Morris and her loving mother, Clara Walton. Linda's legacy will live on through her grandchildren; Aaron, Leonard Jr., Deon, Khalil, Ian and Kaelynn, whom she loved deeply. She will be deeply missed by her siblings, Freddie Walton, Diane Walton, and Mark Walton, as well as her many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her father, Willy Alfonso Walton and her siblings, Francine Walton and Kenny Walton. 

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Linda’s viewing at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, Pa 19020 on Friday, June 12 th from 10:00-11:00 AM, followed by her funeral service at 11:00 AM. Interment will take place at Beechwood Cemetery, Hulmeville Road and Bensalem Blvd., Bensalem Pa 19020.

As we gather to celebrate Linda's life, we invite all who knew her to join us in remembering the warmth, love, and laughter she brought to our lives. Linda A. Morris will forever remain in our hearts as a beacon of love and resilience.
