Linda Mary Pio

Linda Mary (Madden) Pio, beloved wife, mother, sister, and friend, passed away on Saturday, December 16, 2023, at her residence in Bensalem. Born in Philadelphia to the late Grace (Rooney) and Charles “Chick” Madden was a resident of Bensalem for the past 51 years.

Linda was a woman of integrity and resilience. After graduating from Cardinal Dougherty High School, she embarked on a successful career as a sales support representative. For over two decades, Linda dedicated her talents and skills to serving the sales industry, first with Martin Myers and later with Geiger Bros. Her unwavering commitment and exceptional work ethic made her an invaluable asset to her colleagues and employers.

Beyond her professional accomplishments, Linda made a significant impact on the community. She was a founding member of Valley AA. Additionally, Linda was an active member of the SACDV (Specialty Advising Counselor of Delaware Valley), where she shared her knowledge and expertise to mentor and advise others.

A woman of faith, Linda found solace and peace in her devotion to St. Ephrem Church. In the embrace of her church community, she found comfort, love, and a sense of purpose. Linda's dedication to her faith was an inspiration to all who knew her.

Linda is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Phillip J. Pio. She is also survived by her son, Jared Pio (Fiancé Brooke Freedman); Her brother, Kevin Madden and many loving nieces, nephews and friends. Linda was preceded in death by her sister, Charlene Madden.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing, Wednesday, December 20, 2023, from 10 to 11 AM at St. Ephrem Church, 5400 Hulmeville Rd., Bensalem, PA 19020, followed by her Mass of Christian Burial at 11 AM.
