Margaret Hanley

Margaret Hanley, of Bensalem, passed away on July 24th. She was 88 years old. Margaret worked as a Library Manager for the Bucks County Library for about 20 years. In her free time, she was involved in the Girl Scouts of America, the Bensalem Seniors, and the Questers Historical group and was an avid Philadelphia Phillies fan. She will be deeply missed by her children: William Hanley (Linda), Carole Orsino (George), Robert Hanley (Nadine), and Barry Hanley (Veronica), as well as her 15 grandchildren, and 20 great grandchildren, and her step sisters: Inga Bauer, and Renate Bartelone. Margaret was preceded in death by her husband, Robert E. Hanley, her parents: William and Marie (nee Strupkus) Indersmitten, and her step mother: Ida (nee Bauer) Indersmitten. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her Visitation at St. Charles Borromeo Church, 1731 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem, Pa 19020 from 10:00-11:00 AM, followed by Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment will take place at Sunset Memorial Park.
