It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Margaret Juanita (Tshudy) Midkiff, who peacefully left us on Tuesday, October 28, 2025. At the age of 84. Born on September 1, 1941, in Penndel, Pennsylvania, to the late Ruth (Bernhard) and Clement V. Tshudy.
Margaret was deeply involved, serving as the Secretary for the Croydon Fire Company Ladies Auxiliary, and was a dedicated member of the Bristol High School Alumni Marching Band, she also loved and enjoyed being a Sunday school teacher at the First United Methodist Church of Bristol. Her passion for nurturing and mentoring young minds reflected her generous spirit and love for her community.
Margaret’s warmth and compassion were most evident in her cherished role as a mother and grandmother. Margaret was preceded in death by her beloved husband Barry G. Midkiff, Sr. She leaves behind her loving daughter Kelly Cecconi (Michael), her son Barry G. Midkiff, Jr. (Katherine), her adored grandchildren Valerie Jacoboski (Joshua), Vanessa Cecconi, and Angela Cecconi, and step grandson Christopher Longstreet. She also leaves her dear siblings Clement Tshudy, Jr. (Dianne) and sister-in-law Kathleen Tshudy, along with several nieces and nephews, and numerous friends whose lives she enriched through her kindness and joyful spirit.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Monday, on November 3, 2025, from 10 – 11 AM at the First United Methodist Church of Bristol, 201 Mulberry St. Bristol, PA 19007, followed by her Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment will take place at Sunset Memorial Park.
As we reflect on her remarkable life, we find comfort in the countless memories we shared with Margaret. Her unwavering love and kindness will be forever etched into our hearts. She will be missed more than words can express, but her spirit will continue to guide and inspire us.
