It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Mary Grace Neff who passed away on Thursday October 31, 2024, at the age of 68, born July 30, 1956 to the late Henry and Mary (nee Flannery) Krise. Mary was raised by both parents in Trevose, PA along with her brother Henry Krise. Mary attended Neshaminy High School where she was well known and loved by teachers and fellow students. She was an outgoing cheerleader and made the newspaper for having the most spirit. Mary was also a girl scout and loved to dance tap and ballet.
Mary worked as a waitress for her first job at Perkins, then went on to waitress at the pancake house, hot shops fountain diner, Hilton Neshaminy, Buck Hotel, Red Lion Diner, Olympia House, Seafood Shaney, Vinnies, Red Lion Inn, Fishers, Lou’s Deli, Inn flight, Clubhouse Diner. Mary went on to become an Aerobics instructor as well as a certified water aerobics instructor at Baily Total Fitness. Mary also attended beauty school and became a certified nail technician. She then grew her own business and began driving a school bus for Council Rock School District for many years. Known for her love of swimming, baking and cooking skills. She had such infectious energy that drew people to her. Mary had such a love for nature and the outdoors. Mary was a very proud Leo with a passion for astrology. Her love of fashion, bright colors (Red, Gold, Pink, Black), flashy things too. Mary loved animal print clothing and had a very creative side as well showcasing her talents in holiday decorations and jewelry making.
Mary’s beautiful smile would light up the whole room and her laugh would become contagious. Spreading her enthusiasm for fitness to family, friends and people in her community. Above all Mary’s greatest joy in life was her role as a mother to her son Joe Neff and daughter Chrissy Rothman from her first marriage to whom she loved fiercely. Mary was also a cherished Grandmother to Kylie and Kaylee Zarzycki. She will also be sadly missed by her brother Henry Krise (Denise).
Mary will forever remain in our hearts and will be missed by all her family and close friends. Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA 19020 Saturday December 7, 2024, from 2:00-3:00 pm followed by a service at 3:00 pm. Interment will be private.
