Melvin Thomas Melton

Melvin T. Melton, Jr., passed away on Saturday, April 13, 2024 at the age of 66.

Born and raised in Virginia, Melvin was a longtime resident of the Lower Bucks area. After graduating from high school, he proudly served in the U.S. Army. He spent his career working as a computer technician. In his free time, Melvin enjoyed playing chess, watching paranormal TV shows, fishing and was an avid sports fan. He truly enjoyed spending time with his family playing board games, BBQ-ing and making his famous Sunday morning omelets.

Melvin is survived by his daughters Monica and Monique Melton; their mother Beth White; and his grandchildren, Kayla Perry, Arya and Tyler Roethlein. He will also be deeply missed by his siblings, Melvine Wells (LaMont), Tina Marie Taylor (James), Marvin Melton, Andre Melton, Cameron Melton and Kia Moten (Malak) and many nieces and nephews.

Melvin was predeceased by his parents, Ethel E. (nee Winder) and Melvin T. Melton, Sr.; a brother Timothy Melton and a sister Teresa Costas.

Relatives and friends are invited to greet his family on Saturday, April 20, 2024 from 1:30 pm until 2:00 pm at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA 19020, followed by his memorial service at 2:00 pm. Interment private.
