Philip J. DeMichele

Philip J. DeMichele Jr., a dedicated husband, cherished friend, and esteemed member of the community, passed away peacefully on January 19, 2026, at the age of 93. Born on December 29, 1932, in Philadelphia, PA, to the late Philip Sr. and Frances (nee Conti) DeMichele, Philip was a steadfast presence and a cherished figure among family and friends.

Philip served his country honorably in the United States Air Force, embodying the values of service and dedication that would characterize his life. After returning home, he became a skilled boiler repairman, devotedly working for the Philadelphia School District. Colleagues and friends appreciated his strong work ethic and supportive nature, traits that left a lasting impression on those who had the privilege to know him.

Philip was particularly devoted to his late wife, Margaret, whose memory brought him both comfort and joy throughout his life. Together, they created a warm home filled with laughter and kindness. His deep love for Margaret was evident in everything he did, and he carried her spirit with him always.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend Philip’s viewing at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, Pa 19020 on Thursday, January 29th from 9:00-10:00 AM, followed by his service at 10:00 AM. Interment will take place at Resurrection Cemetery.
