Pura V. Bartolazo

It is with deep sadness that we announce the passing of Pura V. Bartolazo, a beloved mother, grandmother, who departed this world on October 18, 2025, at the age of 82. Pura was born on January 27, 1943, in Bolinao, Philippines, to the late Estephan, and Darisay Villareal.

Pura’s remarkable journey brought her to the United States, where she made an indelible mark in the field of nursing, particularly as a compassionate dialysis nurse. Her love for her family was evident in every meal she cooked, every gathering she hosted, she loved watching sporting events. Pura had a zest for life that included enjoying trips to the casino, where her infectious laughter and vibrant spirit brought joy to those around her.

As we remember Pura, let us honor her legacy of kindness, love, and dedication to her family and her profession. She will be deeply missed but forever cherished in the hearts of those who knew and loved her.

Pura is survived by her three devoted daughters, Elizabeth “Beth” Bartolazo, Sharon Raber, and Jennifer Bartolazo as well as her cherished grandchildren, Raven Lee, Starling Raber, and Lux Bartolazo.

Relatives and friends are invited to attend her viewing Thursday, October 23, 2025, from 6:00 -8:00 PM at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA 19020 and again Friday, October 24, 2025, from 10:00 -11:00 AM at St. Ephrem Church, 5400 Hulmeville Rd, Bensalem, PA 19020, followed by her Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment will be private.
