It is with deep sadness and a heavy heart that we announce the passing of Regina Catherine Jones, a beloved wife, mother, grandmother, and friend, who left us unexpectedly on November 27, 2024. Born on August 12, 1949, in Philadelphia, PA, to Thomas and the late Regina Myers, Regina brought joy and warmth to everyone she encountered. She resided in Bensalem, PA, where she touched the lives of many in her community.
Regina was a dedicated sales manager, having spent many fulfilling years at Raymour and Flanagan. Her engaging personality and keen sense of style made her a favorite among customers and colleagues alike. She took immense pride in her work and relished the opportunity to help others create beautiful homes.
Regina is survived by her loving husband of 52 years, Patrick Jones, and her cherished children: Patrick Jones and his wife Sara, Jennifer Hennessey and her husband Joseph, Eric Jones, and Melissa Feeley and her husband Bob, as well as her grandchildren, Jessica, Jake, Regina, Joseph, Isabel, Nataleah, Sean, Sophia, Luke, Olivia, Bobby, Dylan, and Liam. She also leaves behind her beloved father, Thomas Myers, and her dear siblings the late Elizabeth Furdyna and her husband the late Wayne, Kathy Marshall and her husband Gary, Buddy Myers and his wife Sissy, Patty Forry and her husband Darren, and Kelly Luers and her husband Keith. She will also be sadly missed by her many loving nieces and nephews. Regina's family meant the world to her, and her spirit will forever resonate in their hearts.
Regina was known for her lively spirit and adored playing bingo, often at the Bensalem VFW Post 9220, where she cherished the camaraderie she found among fellow members. Her laughter and kindness will be deeply missed by all who had the pleasure of knowing her.
A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on December 5, 2024, at 11:00 AM at St. Thomas Aquinas Church, with a public viewing preceding the service at 10:00 AM. Regina will be laid to rest following the service at 1:30 PM at Washington Crossing National Cemetery, where family and friends are invited to gather in celebration of her life.
In these difficult times, the family wishes to extend their heartfelt gratitude for the outpouring of love and support. Regina's spirit will continue to shine brightly in the lives of those she touched, and we invite all who knew her to join in honoring her memory.
