It is with heavy hearts that we announce the passing of Regina (White) Oliver, on Monday October 20, 2025. She was 57 years old. Born on April 17, 1968, in Philadelphia, PA to the late Regina (Lindsay) and Francis White, and was a resident of Bensalem for the past 28 years. For nearly three decades, Regina dedicated her professional life to ACME (Local#152), where she served as a seafood manager. Known for her warm smile, deep knowledge, and kindness toward everyone she met, Regina was more than a valued employee-she was part of the ACME family.
Family was everything to Regina. She shared 28 wonderful years of marriage with her beloved husband, Thomas C. Oliver, Jr. and was the proud and loving mother of Ryan (Nicole), Thomas III, and Francis (Kayla). Her three sons were her greatest joy - she cherished every moment of motherhood and took immense pride in the men they became. Her grandchildren, Leo and Scarlett, were her whole world - the light of her life - and they brought her endless joy and laughter.
Regina shared an especially close and loving bond with her brother, Robert White (Julie). The two had a lifelong friendship built on love, laughter, and deep understanding - a sibling connection that brought them both comfort and joy. She will also be deeply missed by her extended family and countless dear friends who were touched by her kindness and warmth.
Regina found her greatest peace and happiness at the family shore house, where she loved being surrounded by her children, grandchildren and lifelong friends, spending simple, joyful days together filled with laughter, sunshine, and love. She also found joy in collecting Precious Moments crystal glassware-each delicate piece a symbol of her gentle spirit and memories she treasured most.
Regina lived a life of love, humor, and warmth. She had a gift for making every person she met feel special and loved. Her legacy will live on in the hearts of those who were lucky enough to know her.
Relatives and friends are invited to attend her visitation Saturday November 1, 2025 from 1 to 2 PM at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, PA 19020, followed by her service at 2 PM. Interment will be private. www.tomlinsonfh.com
