Richard J. Cerankowski

Richard J. Cerankowski, of Bensalem, passed away on August 10, 2021 at St. Mary Medical Center. He was 82 years old. Richard worked as a material handler for Jones Motors for over many years. He also was a Proud Teamster, member of Local 107 and worked many years for Oostdyk Trucking. In his free time, he was a member of the Moose Lodge in Bristol and the Harmonia Club, and he enjoyed playing the guitar, hunting and fishing, watching boxing and Nascar, and listening to old country music. Richard will be deeply missed by his wife of 60 years, Ann (nee Mazzarella), his children: Linda Sheridan, Janice Jedlinski (Mark), Richard Cerankowski (Rose), Michael Cerankowski (Candace), and Fran Cerankowski (Sue), as well as his grandchildren: Matt, Alex, Natalie, Zach, Kacey Anne, Jessie, Arthur, John, Ali, Victoria, Mikalynn, and Steven, and son in law Joseph Newman. He was preceded in death by his daughter, Karen Newman and granddaughter, Carolynn. Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing at St. Ephrem Church, 5400 Hulmeville Road, Bensalem Pa 19020 on Monday, August 16 from 10:00-11:00 AM followed by his Mass at 11:00 AM. Interment will be private.
