Richard Thomas Hanks

Richard Thomas Hanks Jr., a beloved son, father, brother, and grandson, passed away on December 4, 2023, at the age of 42 in Bensalem, PA. Born on September 27, 1981, in Langhorne, PA, Richard brought joy, laughter, and dedication to all aspects of his life.

Richard cherished his role as a loving father to his four children: Kyle, Alyssa, Lucas, and Danielle. Their happiness and well-being were always at the forefront of his thoughts and actions.

Working at the Millevoi Service Center, Richard brought his mechanical skills to life, guiding and mentoring his colleagues with pride and expertise.

Outside of work, Richard was a passionate sports fan, supporting the Dallas Cowboys, Philadelphia Phillies, and Philadelphia Flyers. As a young man, he demonstrated remarkable talent in various sports, including baseball, softball, and bowling. These activities provided him with joyful moments and formed lifelong memories with friends and loved ones.

Richard's true passion, however, resided in his love for cars and his ability to fix and maintain them. Spending countless hours in his garage, he would skillfully troubleshoot and restore vehicles, taking immense pride in his mechanical prowess. His dedication and commitment to his craft were evident to everyone who had the privilege of knowing him.

Richard's presence will be deeply missed by his mother, Ann Kayros, who held a special bond with her son that transcended words. He is also survived by his brother, Jonathan Hanks, and brother, David Tadrzynski. Their shared memories and sibling camaraderie will forever be cherished.

To honor and remember Richard's life, relatives and friends are invited to attend his Visitation at the Tomlinson Funeral Home, 2207 Bristol Pike, Bensalem, Pa 19020 on Thursday, December 14th from 6:00-7:00 PM followed by his Service at 7:00 PM. Interment will be private.
