Robert Ewing

Robert C. Ewing of Bensalem passed away Saturday, May 9, 2015, surrounded by his loving family at The University of Pennsylvania Hospital, following a courageous two-year battle with cancer. He was 68 He was born in Erie, Pa., and was a resident of Bensalem for 37 years. He was a U.S. Air Force veteran of the Vietnam War. Bob was employed as a supply systems analyst with the Naval Aviation Supply Office for 33 years. He was a member of the Seton Hall Seniors, and the Lutheran Church of God's Love. He will be sadly missed by his beloved wife of 40 years, Kathleen (McCormick); his children, Heather Karpawich (Michael) and Kristin Meadows (Bryan); and granddaughter, Brianna. He was the brother of Kerry Ewing (Alice). Relatives and friends are invited to attend his viewing 11 a.m. Thursday, at the Lutheran Church of God's Love, 791 Newtown Yardley Road, Newtown, Pa. 18940, followed by his service at noon. Interment will be in Washington Crossing National Cemetery. Memorial contributions in his name may be made to the Lutheran Church of God's Love at the above address.
